Apple admitted that it was aware that two of the security issues may have already been actively exploited in the wild (although one of these was addressed in 16.5.1).

IOS 16.6 arrived on July 24 and is a maintenance release that contains important bug fixes and several security updates, including fixes for multiple Kernal and Webkit issues.
